Delay Compensation Policy

1. Policy Overview
To protect your rights and ensure timely delivery, PODpartner offers a Delay Compensation Policy.
If your order is not delivered within the Promised Order Duration, you may request compensation according to the following rules.
2. Definitions

| Promised Order Duration | The total promised time for order fulfillment, calculated as: Turnaround Time + Maximum Transit Time. |
| Actual Order Duration | The total actual time taken from order placement to delivery confirmation, calculated as: Actual Turnaround Time + Actual Transit Time (based on tracking or system confirmation). |
| Day Counting Standard | All durations are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding legal holidays). |
| Order Amount | The total amount paid by the buyer, including shipping fees and taxes, unless otherwise stated. |
3. Compensation Calculation Rules
If your order is delivered later than the promised duration, you will receive compensation equal to 1% of the Order Amount for each delayed business day, capped at a total of 20% of the Order Amount.
Calculation Formula:
Compensation Amount = Order Amount x 1% x Delay Days (capped at 20%)
Delay Days = Actual Order Duration - Promised Order Duration (rounded down to full business days).
Example:
Cody placed an order for $100 from the U.S. using Express Shipping.
Promised Order Duration = 3 (turnaround) + 5 (express transit) = 8 business days.
If the order is delivered on the 10th business day, the delay is 2 business days.
then compensation = $100 x 1% x 2 = $2.
Result: Cody is entitled to compensation of $2 (2% of $100).
4. Extended Delay Compensation
If you have not received your package more than 20 business days beyond the promised duration, you may choose one of the following options.
Reshipment:
We will cancel the original shipment and reship your order at no additional cost.
Full Refund:
You may choose to cancel the order and receive a full refund of the order amount.
In both cases, you will receive an additional 10% compensation of the order amount.
Example:
Jamie placed an order for $150 with a promised duration of 9 business days.
The package has still not arrived by the 30th business day: delay = 30 - 9 = 21 business days (more than 20).
Options:
Reshipment: We cancel the original shipment and reship at no additional cost, plus an additional compensation of 10% x $150 = $15.
Full Refund: You cancel the order and receive a full refund of $150, plus an additional compensation of $15.
Result: Jamie may choose either a free reshipment (plus $15 compensation) or a full refund of $150 (plus $15 compensation).
5. Turnaround Time & Maximum Transit Time
Turnaround Time:
For orders below USD 800: estimated 3 business days.
For orders USD 800 or above: we will contact you to confirm the production and shipping schedule, as larger orders may involve customs duties or special handling.
For orders requiring embroidery digitization, the turnaround time begins after the digitization process is completed.
Maximum Transit Time:
Varies depending on the destination and shipping method.

6. Compensation Eligibility & Application Process
Eligibility:
You may apply for compensation if the Actual Order Duration > Promised Order Duration.
Application Deadline:
Submit your request within 30 calendar days after the order has been delivered;
If the delivery delay exceeds 20 business days beyond the promised duration, you may apply for compensation immediately, without waiting for the order to arrive.

Please provide your order number when submitting your request.
Review & Response:
We will review and process your claim within 5 business days and respond via the same channel.
7. Exclusions & Limitations
Delay compensation does not apply in the following cases:
Delays caused by the recipient (e.g., incorrect address, refusal to receive, or failure to pick up).
Delays due to force majeure events, including but not limited to:
customs inspections, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, wars, or public health emergencies.
8. Effective Date
This Delay Compensation Policy applies to all orders placed on or after October 1st, 2023.
