How thick is the lift — and which should I choose?

Choose 1.5mm or 3.0mm foam. 1.5mm suits clean, modern logos; 3.0mm gives bold streetwear depth. All 3D areas in the same frame share one thickness.

Does 3D puff cost extra?

A 3D surcharge of $0.98 per frame applies to any frame containing a 3D puff or mixed design. It doesn't affect turnaround.

Can I combine flat and 3D puff in one design?

Yes — and it's not just a look, it's the fix for puff's hardest problem. Fine text and thin lines are where puff breaks down; keep those flat, lift the logo in puff, and stitch both in a single design. Most POD platforms force you to pick one — we don't.

Can I put 3D puff on caps?

Yes. We embroider baseball caps, snapbacks, and mesh caps in-house — front, back, and sides — with the same 15-color range and puff options as our apparel.

What products can I add 3D puff to?

Hoodies, sweatshirts, tees, and caps from our self-made heavyweight range. Embroidery runs up to 12x12 inches on apparel; cap frames vary by position.

How many thread colors can I use?

Up to 15 in a single design — more than double the typical 6-color POD standard, and enough for rich gradients and fine detail.
