ZeroShrink Guarantee Policy

1. Policy Overview
At PODpartner, our fabrics are pre-shrunk in-house—washed and dried before cutting—ensuring that shrinkage occurs on our production line, not in your customers' washing machines. This pre-shrinking process keeps post-wash shrinkage within our production tolerances. We stand by this with our ZeroShrink Guarantee: if a ZeroShrink product shrinks beyond our tolerance after home laundering, you may request compensation according to the rules below.
2. Definitions

| Nominal Size | The flat-lay measurement corresponding to the size in the product size chart, which serves as the benchmark for shrinkage assessment. |
| Flat-lay Measurement | The garment should be laid flat on a smooth, level surface and smoothed out naturally without stretching. Measurements are then taken along the body length or chest length. |
| Production Tolerance | The standard manufacturing variance of ±1″ (2.5 cm) noted in our size charts, which is not considered shrinkage. |
| Compensable Shrinkage | Instances where, after compliant washing, the flat-lay measurement is shorter than the Nominal Size by more than 1″ (2.5 cm)—thereby exceeding the ±1″ production tolerance. |
3. Compensation Options
If a ZeroShrink product exhibits compensable shrinkage, you may choose one of the following:
Reshipment:
We will remake and reship the affected item at no additional cost.
Refund:
We will refund the order amount of the affected item.
Example:
A customer reports that a size M T-shirt (Size chart length: 28.3″) measures 26.8″ after compliant washing. The difference is 1.5″, which exceeds the 1″ threshold.
Result: You may choose to have the item remade and reshipped for free or receive a full refund for that item.
4. Eligibility and Claim Process
Eligibility:
Any product labeled "ZeroShrink" that exhibits compensable shrinkage after standard home laundering is eligible.
Claim Period:
Please submit your claim within 30 calendar days of the order delivery date.
Required Documentation:
Order number.
A photo of the affected item laid flat and measured with a ruler along the "Chest" or "Length". The photo must clearly show the entire garment and the measurement readings.

5. How to Apply

Review and Response:
We will review and process your claim within 5 business days and respond via the same channel.
6. Exclusions and Limitations
The ZeroShrink Guarantee does not apply to:
Dimensional changes resulting from aggressive stretching or physical alteration (this is considered deformation, not shrinkage).
Variations within the ±1″ (2.5 cm) production tolerance specified in our size guides.
Damage, distressing, or alterations caused by third parties after delivery.
7. Effective Date
This ZeroShrink Guarantee Policy applies to all ZeroShrink orders placed on or after the effective date.
