Shipping, duties & taxes

  • Shipping is calculated per order from the destination, item type and quantity. Current rates for every region are on the shipping page, and the exact amount is shown before you pay.
  • Where a destination charges import duties or taxes, the amount is displayed at checkout before payment. Nothing is billed to you afterwards.
  • Samples ship at standard catalog pricing plus shipping, with no separate sample fee.

Is PODpartner free?
Yes. Creating an account, connecting your store on any platform, using the Design Creator, building product templates and publishing listings all cost nothing. You pay only for orders you choose to produce.
Does my store platform charge me for PODpartner?
No. Every PODpartner charge is billed directly by PODpartner in USD, outside Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce or any other connected platform. Nothing related to PODpartner appears on your platform invoice.
Are there hidden or recurring fees?
No. There is no subscription, platform fee, listing fee, setup fee, storage fee or minimum spend on print-on-demand orders. The only charges are the ones listed on this page.
How do I know the exact cost before I list a product?
The Design Creator shows the full production cost for your exact configuration, covering the garment, every placement, every process and every branding item, before you save or publish the product.
What happens if I stop selling for a while?
Nothing is charged. Products stay published, templates stay saved, and no fee accrues while you have no orders.
How do membership discounts work?
Tiers are reached automatically as your order volume grows and reduce product prices and digitization fees. There is nothing to purchase and no fee to join.
How can I pay?
Major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and the other methods shown at checkout in your PODpartner account. You can also keep a balance in your PODpartner Wallet and pay orders from it. All charges are in USD.
How does PODpartner make money if the platform is free?
We are the factory — our margin is already inside the production price you see on this page. We only earn when you sell, so there is no reason to charge you for anything else.
How much can I earn?
