What is the difference between the VoteCustom Program and Premium Customization Services?
The VoteCustom Program is a community-driven event where users vote on the specifications (fabric, wash, color) of our next product launch. The winning design gets produced for everyone to sell. Premium Customization Services, on the other hand, are for bulk buyers (200+ pieces) who want full control over the design immediately, without waiting for a vote or being limited to the winning result.
What customization options are available?
You can choose from premium textures (Brushed Fleece or French Terry) and various post-processing treatments, including Snow Wash, Sun Faded, and Distressed effects. We also offer hybrid options like "Snow Wash + Distressed."
How is the winning product decided?
We tally votes based on the preferred texture, post-processing, and color. The combination with the highest weighted score will be put into production and made available for sale.
Why does my vote count differently than others?
We use a Weighted Voting system based on your Membership Tier. While every user gets one vote, higher-tier members (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond) have their votes multiplied (up to 5x) to reward their loyalty and contribution to the platform.
Can I order a custom color that isn't listed in the voting options?
Yes, but this is exclusive to Premium Customization Services. If you place a bulk order of 200+ pieces per color, you can specify any Pantone color code for custom dyeing.
Can I apply these customization options to any product?
Premium Customization applies to any SPU (style) currently on our website, or any new style using the same fabric base. You have the flexibility to mix and match textures and washes starting from the base model.
