FAQs

How and when do I get paid?
Commission is paid through PayPal. You can withdraw whenever your withdrawable balance reaches $20. There is no monthly cycle to wait on and no cap on what you can earn.
How long is the tracking window?
PODpartner uses a 90-day, last-click cookie. If someone clicks your affiliate link and places their first order within 90 days, that referral is credited to you.
Is there any cost or follower minimum to join?
Joining is free and there is no fixed follower or traffic requirement. We do review every application, so tell us where your audience is and what you plan to do with the link. The form takes about two minutes.
What exactly do I earn commission on?
You earn 7% of the merchandise value on every order your referrals place, repeat orders included, with no cap. Merchandise value is the discounted price of the goods, so shipping, taxes and duties are not part of it. Your 12 months start when that customer's first order ships, not when they click your link.
How do the milestone bonuses work?
Two ladders sit on top of the 7%, and the levels are cumulative. One counts referrals with at least one delivered order: $50 at 10, then $100, $150, $200, $500, up to $1,500 at 500 customers. The other counts orders synced from their connected stores: $20 at 10, $100 at 100, $500 at 1,000. Each level pays once, the first time you reach it.
What am I actually sending people to?
PODpartner is a vertically integrated print-on-demand garment factory built for brand-builders. Zero order minimums, $0 to start, jumbo DTG up to 24″×24″, 21+ print areas, in-house embroidery up to 15 thread colors, HTV in 6 finishes, and several crafts stacked on one garment.
When does commission actually become mine?
Commission lands in your account as soon as the order is paid, and it sits there as Pending until the order is delivered. Once delivered it turns Withdrawable and it is yours: later cancellations, reshipments or replacements do not touch it. If an order is cancelled before delivery, the Pending commission for it comes back off. Your dashboard shows both numbers, and the $20 minimum applies to the withdrawable side.
Can I promote PODpartner in another language or market?
Yes. We ship worldwide and most of our brands are in North America and Europe. If you work in another language, tell us in the application and we will send you the assets that fit your market.
